A bigger issue than Professor Ferguson's private life is the accuracy of his model. When applied to the Swedish policy it forecast 40,000 deaths by now, over 15 times the reality.

I've been broadly supportive of the Gov's approach so far, but when the PM is back we need to see an exit plan. I miss my grandchildren- people should know we'll be able to see our loved ones soon, albeit with guidelines. The British public has been great - give them some hope.
This is a disgrace. The WHO are not infallible, and we in the West, where YouTube is based, do not live in a world that forbids scrutiny or criticism.

Almost a million apply for Universal Credit. BA lays off 36,000. Do you still not grasp the scale of the disaster we are imposing on ourselves, on the basis of panic-mongering guesswork?
We're on brink of a Great Depression & majority of us are afraid to ask questions about underlying assumptions for the path to hell we have paved. Many fear being ostracized, shouted down by colleagues, neighbors, friends, labeled insensitive "deniers" of an all-powerful model.
