If you're the most junior person in a meeting, the easiest way to stand out is to take detailed notes and send them to the group afterwards.
Our first designer who we hired through @upperstudy consistently blows me away with her work, her seamless collaboration with eng & ability to flex into product/research Kudos to @soopa and @joshpuckett for building a program that's equally impactful to designers and startups!
Totally agree. remix.run is a perfect example of communicating the value proposition using good UX. Another product that does this well is @linear.

Underrated @Upperstudy benefit: gain an understanding of tech compensation that takes most a decade or more to build through costly trial and error.
How could I not mention @soopa!! I went from knowing nothing about stock options to being familiar enough to talk to others about it!
I remember reading somewhere that generation wealth comes not only in the form of cash wealth, but also in the form of knowledge. In this case, it’s the wealth of financial literacy as well as guidance in navigating your career that were never passed down to us.
