Great volunteer opportunity for #Emeryville and neighboring #Oakland residents tomorrow (Saturday) from 9am-12 pm. If you’re unfamiliar with The @UrbanCompProj, they are a volunteer led organization who facilitate cleanups of illegal dumping sites throughout the East Bay.

First post! UCP is the biggest grassroots movement the Bay has seen in decades. 💪🏽 Over 800 volunteers this year alone, from every walk of life. Over 260 tons of illegal dumping cleared in 2025 (over 2,400 tons since 2021). 12 homeless ambassadors keeping the areas clean.
