So sad to hear the brilliant Pauline Collins has died 😔. Like many, I adored her in Shirley Valentine, one of my all time favourite films. Fabulous actress and so likeable. Thoughts with her husband, John and family. Thank you and RIP lovely lady.

My father in law died from mesothelioma last year, aged 84. Can take years to progress to cancer but then all happens very quickly. None of us had heard of it before his diagnosis. Horrible disease. #TriggerPoint

Just watched Kempton fireworks from the front garden 🎇. Didn’t realise it was this week, thought it’d be next…usually check! 🙄🤦‍♀️ Couldn’t see some of the low ones, sadly, but brilliant view of the big ‘uns and finale! 🎆👌😍 Love a fireworks display 😁.

My darling Aunt passed away yesterday after many years of dementia💔😢. Baby of the family, life & soul of any party, my dancing & karaoke buddy. Adored her & my uncle who had a loving family of 5 kids - we were very close❤️. Hope she’s with her beloved Brian’s (husband & son)🙏

Dame Patricia Routledge, British acting icon whose performances included the formidable Hyacinth Bucket, has died at the age of 96. In 1994 she spoke about her talent for playing strong characters, including her then-current role as Mrs. Malaprop in the play The Rivals.

Absolutely gutted to hear of the passing of Dame Patricia Routledge 😔. Fantastic actress and lovely lady. We were so chuffed to get tickets to see her last month, but when cancelled last minute then due to be rearranged, I hoped it was nothing serious. Bless you Dame Patricia❤️.

Went shopping to Marks as haven’t been for months. Absolutely nothing grabbed my attention and there’s usually something I like. Awful clothing and barely anything in the homeware dept which is my fave bit 🙄. Worst of all, they’ve discontinued their farmhouse fruit cake! 😲
