The number of commercial office transactions, fit-outs, and alterations is insane right now! This economy remains strong for these @Manufacturing, @labs, industrial, and mixed use spaces with loading dock. We have several amazing projects in the works!

Adaptive reuse is in the air! We are so excited to transform a derelict school into a gorgeous place to live. Inspired by lofts and some of our past conversions (firehouse at 407 Dudley, school at 11 Newcomb, Priscilla Beach Theater,...)
Adaptive reuse projects are a welcomed challenge! Check out this early 80's beauty I have to reform, hopefully transforming it into 70 state-of-the-art condo's. Going to be a blast!
The Carter arises! I am particularly proud of the terra Cotta facade, which feels contextual amongst the masonry lofts buildings surrounding it. As well, the layouts are superb, with 24 creative micro units.
Adaptive reuse is the future. The notion of breathing new life into old buildings has a certain energy, like we are touching a gilded past while embracing a bright new future!!!

Spending time in nature reminds us of our roots, and for us as humans shelter is in the forefront of primal need. The feeling of being "protected" likely ranks first whether you are a prehistoric human or not. But at what point is the luxury of "aesthetics" entered? #architecture

New holes in traditionally strong urban real estate markets were created by the exodus of white-collar workers leaving the cities - let's find those opportunities and build!
