#TakeAHikeDay was established by the American Hiking Society to encourage people to get outside, get some exercise, & connect with nature. With over 60,000 miles of trails in the National Trail System across the 50 states, there are plenty of places to see.
November is a great time to share family stories because many families gather together for Thanksgiving. If your stories aren’t written down, it’s easy to get started with so many people at the table to share memories. Check out a book at your library that will help guide you.
