There is a theory 'expressing myself' and writing could help my mental health. I suffer from depression and anxiety and stuff like that. Journalling didn't work, so I am trying this.

I do think it is great that I can talk so openly with some of my colleagues. Very grateful for that. The setting was wrong though. It broke through my garde when I very much needed that to stay in place to be able to do my job properly. #happyface
Completely overwhelmed, on the verge of crying. Stayed up way to late last night, trying to postpone the rest of my life (starting with today). I need to find a way to recharge, this is not going well. Sliding from the meadow into the valley and losing grip. I want to disapear.
I do understand this; I think the point isn’t that you should burn bridges or not be aware. Quite the opposite Everyone has their own version of you & their side of every interaction. You are a side character in their story & you cannot control the way they cast you.
