This is why you have a bunch of generic fodder enemies who are just fun to destroy but there's also a bunch of enemies per area that are enhanced with kryptonite weapons and armor that can actually damage Supes. A game with a day/night cycle where enemies attack harder at night.
making a superman game is a lose-lose situation. make him lore-accurate, zero challenge and the gameplay gets boring in hours. nerf him so enemies actually pose a threat? then it โdoesn't feel like supermanโ anymore and everyone hates it.
