Sticky rice, matchstick carrots, thin sliced baby cucumbers, pickled red onions, avocado, and cocktail shrimp. Shrimp have a dash of hoisin, and all of it has sesame seeds, green onion, yum yum, and homemade ginger dressing. The sink is overflowing with stuff I used to make this.

Hot take time? Maybe? Bone in wings need to not be breaded, unless you are getting regular old fried chicken full wings. Even then it needs to be dusted in flour and fried crispy. No thick breading. But sauced or dry dusted wings? No breading please...
