In my experience, adult inability to emotionally regulate is the biggest source of conflict. Everyone, if they are able, should seek therapy to grow in this area and we should work to make therapy more accessible.
Depolarization cannot come at the cost of holding people accountable for harmful behavior, actions, and systems.
