Community engagement brings people together and supports community members to have a voice and share experiences. This builds trust and brings out people’s passion and commitment to where they live or what they feel strongly about.

Wendy, our Director, particularly likes this drawing and how the tree represents the processes of community development building roots to create lasting change, and has an asset-based approach nesting in it. #communityengagement #communitydevelopment #communities

Thank you @EddyLaurie1 for being part of, and supporting, our team at WSA Community to think about our approach to community development. We want to show the breadth of ways that communities build meaningful engagement. We hope you like the drawing!

A CPD-accredited Community Engagement training course run for staff from the Bradford Science and Media Museum. Participants were able to explore different ways to engage communities so that they could 'feel the wonder' and that 'they belong' to the world of STEM. #Training
