WSIB accused the representative of an injured worker of being ‘aggressive’—with no evidence—and then refused to release the documents that would prove their own claims. Classic DARVO. Classic retaliation. And Grace is the one paying the price. #WSIBGate @TorontoStar @DavidPiccini
@WSIB altered dates on official letters, obstructed an injured worker’s appeal, and their lawyer told the HRTO to wait on the hearing until the WSIB appeal is heard. WSIAT confirms no appeal was ever received. It’s blocked by WSIB. FPC refuses to correct the record.
Evidence of serious misconduct have been preserved. The lawyer for WSIB refused to clarify false statements she gave to the Human Rights Tribunal. The injured worker is in need of life saving therapy directly attributed to WSIB. Jeffery Lang owns this scandal.

We know they do the opposite - they are paid to do the opposite @WSIBPresident doesn’t do its job - it’s a money grab from employers - quite possibly Wsib gave money back to employers - employers wrongfully terminated injured employees- WSIB DID NOT HELP THE INJURED EMPLOYEE.
