Working women need to be able hold perpetrators of harassment and abuse to account. We fully endorse an equal access costs model.

KLC and CLCs across Australia have endorsed an #equalaccess costs model for applicants in federal discrimination law cases. This costs model would help applicants enforce their rights and enable them to access legal representation. Submission here: lnkd.in/g59Si9xH
