last night we rolled out our first fix to remedy 4o's glazing/sycophancy we originally launched with a system message that had unintended behavior effects but found an antidote 4o should be slightly better rn and continue to improve over the course of this week

Millions of people would never know about what an ambigram even is if it wasn't for TikTok changing the game around short-form content and showing people what they might be interested in rather than waiting for them to search for it.

Very much this. I can't believe people still get upset over Tiktok videos that take all of 5 minutes to check whether they are clearly satire or not
I would have thought that, by this point, people would get that, if something is extremely infuriating, you should probably check to see if it's satire before letting it make you angry...but I guess I am way more online than most people...
