Finally finished “Ass Rider”! The 36”x48” acrylic is based off a photo of my grandfather, Coon, who won a donkey race back in the 1960’s. It’s the only donkey race he has ever won (that we are aware of) and it’s something that I’ve been wanting to paint for a very long time.

My buddy, an IU grad, wanted art for the b-ball game today without specifying which team to favor. I asked him how in the hell do you draw a Hoosier? He said that he’s a Hoosier (whatever that means) so I could just draw him in there. I told him that he probably didn’t want that.
