Been a rough couple of weeks. Haven’t been able to get a shipment out since August 24th due to some minor complications. Finally got around to building a shipment today and pushed 2k units out the door. Momentum was slowed but not stopped. #fba
Hit our first million of the year. Was hoping to do $2m this year so I am a bit behind schedule but not letting that derail me from my mission. I know what to expect this year for Q4 and will try my best to prepare for it. #fba
The two weeks off took a hurting on my sales as expected. Took some time to get the ball rolling again but we’re getting back in the grove. Prepped 2k+ units solo today, and going to keep the momentum shifting forward. #fba

Haven’t had excitement like this over single digit sales in a long time.
This month seemed like clock work. Focused on quality work rather than quantity. Drop in sales from last month but overall happy with amount of work put in to achieve these numbers. #fba
Bought an OA lead list today from OABeans just for shits and giggles maybe to find a lead or two. What a steaming pile of garbage, talk about the perfect formula for failure to any new seller that lacks proper knowledge. Expectations were low but man was as it bad #fba
2yrs ago I couldn’t figure out how to print out an FNSKU label properly so I stuck to FBM for shoes. Such a simple thing kept me from expanding so much more. Little bumps in the road can turn into road blocks if you give up. #fba
Picked up 2k units of an item to last me the month. Flew through just under 200 units today now that they are becoming available for sale. Beautiful things. #fba
No prep center, no warehouse, no employees, no VA, none of these things are required to expand. I am not against them in the future, but while I’m young I’ll get my hands dirty and keep overhead as low as possible. #fba
I could drop my price $1 to steal buy box and sell 80 units in the next couple of hours but having 500 units at FBA centers is the maximum I’m allowed to have. Sell out in a couple days to wait a month for these centers to check in the next batch. This makes no sense.
Saw some reimbursement come in on Sellerboard and tanked profits due to the fact everything is getting reimbursed at 50% of cost. Now gotta spend hours submitting invoices proving my COGs. Counting shouldn’t be this hard, box contents are labeled on the shipment barcode.
A2A is a thing of beauty. Listing sells 7,000+ a month, Prime sellers can’t stay in stock, bundle listing has been out of stock 70% of the time since it was created. Snagged 1200 units and put it back oos in between printing labels. #fba #amazonfba
Went through the Repricer and raised prices $4-6 on some faster moving items. Sales down 30% from yesterday but profits up 10%. Yellow bars don’t tell you everything. Haven’t had a week like this in awhile, feels good to be back. #fba #amazonfba
Another day another listing burnt to the ground. Retiring one of my first and favorite ASINs. This is why sourcing is always mandatory, it’s amazing to have a handful of replenish-able items but they all come to an end eventually. It’s an ever changing game, change with it. #fba
First year doing FBA is in the books! Couldn’t even imagine doing these numbers but I’m thrilled and hungry for more. Put my focus on an old venture during Q4 resulting in a fall off in Amazon sales but we are back and moving in the right direction for year 2. #fba #amazonfba
$100k for the first time in 2025. Stopped sourcing and spent the last week gathering invoices for reimbursements, got back $7k+ so far. Returning back to usual business tm. Will implement monthly reimbursements so I’m not back tracking 6 months for invoices #fba #amazonfba
