Just passed by a job posting building websites with WordPress that asked applicant to take a Java assessment, no thanks. The listing also required a bachelors degree but was open to candidates without a high school diploma or GED.

Came to this realization recently and began working on setting clear boundaries with others.
I’d estimate at least half of my frustrations with others are actually frustrations with myself for failing to set clear boundaries and stand by them.
Wrestling match this morning with vagrant and homestead, finally got the win ... time to do some actual work.
Happy to work for a company that invests in it's employees, helping our developers grow their skill sets.

Man @stolinski explained CSS clamp() to me on @syntaxfm the other day and I can't stop using it! I keep writing Media queries to adjust spacing/font sizes and then I delete them and refactor my sizes into clamp(). It's like flexbox/grid but for sizing things
