I’m newly off my anti-depressants (w/supervision for medical reasons), and it’s been...hard. Though using a whole lot of self-care skills, it feels more like diffusing a bomb than “coping.” All this to say: If you are struggling, I see you. You aren’t alone. Keep going. ❤️
