Server update notice: Our technicians are enhancing server security on our primary web server on Saturday, 8 July 2023 from 12:00 - 16:00. During this time Web requests will be served without any expected interruptions, but FTP access to the server may be unavailable at times.
Our technicians have isolated and addressed the mail server issue affecting our shared hosting customers. The issue has been resolved.
We are currently experiencing an issue with our mail server. Our technicians are busy investigating and will revert back shortly.

Extended outage due to data center failure. Affected customers are being moved to new environment from backups.
Primary international web server appears down. Our technicians are investigating.
Primary mail server experienced a malicious mail DDOS attack causing an outage on our main mail servers. This lasted from approximately 10am to 17pm. Some users making use of forwarders had their mail bounced back to the senders. We apologise for this unfortunate incident.
Primary webserver issue still persisting. Engineers are working on the issue. No ETA yet.
Primary web server issue resolved - Routing exchange went down due to a faulty router. Should there be any problems please contact us.

IP blacklisting resolved - Offending party's account has been blocked and mail is being relayed via a "clean" IP address.
Some customers have fallen victim to a SPAM aggregation bot, causing our SMTP server to be blacklisted. Engineers are working on a fix.
DNS issues have been resolved, shared hosting solution is still down due to routing fault. Steps have been taken to facilitate transfer.
Upstream service provider is experiencing a routing issue affecting our shared hosting solution. On-site Engineers are attending.
