Many people live to eat. Well, with me... I eat to live.


I crave chocolate, but who the hell doesn't? Don't be afraid to "treat" yourself on a diet. #learntolive #learntoTREAT


As a girl we all know that we crave tasty sweets,Once that "time of the month" hits we want our chocolate. Hey, nothin wrong with "treatin"


My mistake. 3 points for TWO chocolate chip cookies total.


Dessert: two delicious chocolate chip cookies for 3 points each. some strawberries, and can't forget me some coffee!


DINNER: one slice of ham. Green salad with mangos and veggies, oil/vinegar. Brussels sprouts sautéed in vinegar. String beans.


On weight watchers fruit/veggies are free aka (0) points plus value. Unlimited hungry? Eat 55 strawberries instead of Doritos! #learntolive


Everything in moderation- that is why weight watchers is the # 1 diet in America! Teaches you how to it anything but in MODERATION .


Now that the holiday is over------ don't sit in guilt for eating that piece of cake. Go out for a run, do 10 min of jump rope, anything.


I workout 5 times a week, for 30 min. Mostly cardio. Make sure you have something with protein in it before working out


5 days a week do SOMETHING that involves movement. Even if its only for 10 minutes. Do something! Every bit counts! #dontguveup


Best diet if wanting to loose weight : weight watchers. You can eat WHATEVER you want. When staying in points chart. Want a burger, go ahead


Also, if you work out every day you can "treat" don't be afraid. Working out is a great backup if wanting to splurge.


Avocado is a "good fat" wonderful before a workout. Remember having protein is a wonderful way to loosing weight.


Today's food menue that I ate : One egg with chopped up avocado. (Breakfast) with ww toast. Two pieces of ham and veggies. Two cookies.


Yes, it is EASTER. So, why not treat yourself? Go ahead have a cookie. Everything in moderation. Cookies on WEIGHTWATCHERS is 3 points for 2
