What a week! A couple of firstsโฆ 1st visit to @COBRA_RFC when I shouldโve been at @NewtownRugby ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ (made it eventually) 1st visit to Newtown rfc๐ Absolutely loved connecting with coaches from @WelshpoolRFC @COBRA_RFC & @NewtownRugby and talking scrum & player development.

Great win for our 1st XV yesterday against a tough @ColwynBayRFC side. Final score 25-21 In recent years we may have folded after two early 2nd half tries for C/Bay. However, @JonesDaley side stuck in to grind out an important victory.
