End of Season awards! 🏏 Next up we’ve got the Midweek Player of the Year - Lewis Fuller. Co-founder of the bomb squad, Lew made over 250 runs scoring at a SR of 160, getting us off to a number of flyers. Well done Lew 👏
End of Season awards! 🏏 First up we’ve got our junior winners. A really successful first full season for our U11s team. A massive congratulations to all the winners, the future is bright. 👏 We’d like to thank everyone who has helped Paul and the juniors this season.
We come to the end of the 2025 season! The 1s beat Workington 2s in a classic. Chasing 120, we were 60/9 before a last wicket stand of 64 between Faolan & Mike got us over the line. The 2s were rained off against Carlisle 3s after reaching 81-5. Up the Ral! 🧙♂️
Just like that, the cricket season is almost over! The 1st team travel to Workington 2s on Saturday looking to finish their season on a high. The 2nd team face league winners Carlisle 3s at The Jubilee on Sunday. Up the Ral! 🧙♂️
Our results from the weekend. The 1s made it back-to-back victories with a 74-run win over Cockermouth 2s. The 2s lost out in a rain-affected game to Patterdale. Both teams finish their seasons this weekend. Up the Ral! 🧙♂️
A full weekend at The Jubilee as both of our sides are at home. On Saturday, our 2nd team face Patterdale looking to leapfrog them in the table. Whilst the 1st team face Cockermouth 2s on Sunday looking to build on last week’s win. Up the Ral! 🧙♂️
The 1st team beat Keswick 2s on Saturday by 194 runs on Saturday. The 2s lost to Temple Sowerby in a competitive game. The 2s reached the VALLEY Cup final after falling short against Carlisle 3s. Up the Ral! 🧙♂️

The 1st team were on the wrong side of another close game against Carlisle 2s. The 2nd team were beaten by 8 wickets against Braithwaite. Busy weekend ahead for the club with the 1s at home, 2s in league and cup action and our Rounders Day. Up the Ral! 🧙♂️

Three defeats for the lads this weekend. On Saturday, the 1sts lost to Carlisle 2nds in a competitive game. The 2s lost to Nunwick in another tight game. The 1s faced Carlisle 2s again in the Sowerby Cup final on Sunday, losing by 6 wickets. Up the Ral! 🧙♂️
An impressive win for the 1st team against Lanercost on Saturday. We now go into an important couple of weeks playing table-topping Carlisle 2s 3 times in 8 days. Up the Ral! 🧙♂️
4th vs 5th at the Jubilee tomorrow as we take on Lanercost, looking to build on last weeks win at Threlkeld. Few changes from last week’s team as Smudge takes the reins. Play from 1pm. Up the Ral! 🧙♂️
The 1st team beat Threlkeld in a thriller by 13 runs. The 2nd team progressed in the EVCL T20 Cup, topping their group on NRR. We beat Carlisle 3s comfortably in the 1st game then losing to Stainton. Up the Ral! 🧙♂️

With both senior sides cancelled due to weather, it was over to the u11s this morning. Unfortunately they came up just short in a competitive match against Carlisle, some real talent on show on both sides! This concludes our league programme, thanks for all the support.
