In 20+ years with MS I’ve been to some brilliant, and not so brilliant, places. Thought I would share the good and bad experiences of hotels, restaurants etc.
Brilliant support with ramps on the @TfL @ElizabethLine at Slough and Stratford stations yesterday so I could see a decent game of football as @WestHam drew with Brighton. Good accessible seats too
Went to @allianz_stad on Saturday to see @EnglandRugby Great wheelchair experience with free ticket, free carer and free parking!! Good seats in wheelchair terrace but several TV screens not working. Can’t see big screen. Poor result but great game #MultipleSclerosis #wheelchair
This weekend I went on the train to watch my son play rugby in Regents Park. Booked ramps to board trains via the Passenger Assistance app (per photo) and great work from @chilternrailway to match the booking. Sardines on the way in but trustworthy service !! #multiplesclerosis
I went to the Oracle shopping centre in Reading at the weekend. @ZARA has men’s clothing on the first floor but there is NO LIFT !! In the modern day it is quite staggering. So me in my #wheelchair ♿️ had to wait outside. @hm opposite puts you to shame #multiplesclerosis
Went #upattheo2 last year and it was brilliant to do in a #wheelchairs. Staff were excellent, totally safe and lovely views. Special sessions for wheelchair users too. Full review attached docs.google.com/document/d/1S0…

Hannah is 20 today so went to Cote in Marlow for breakfast. Entrance is all flat, lots of space inside, and a large disabled toilet. Food was lovely and great value too! Perfect for wheelchairs #MS #wheelchairs
Been to @HomeOfCricket today to see a @joeroot____ masterclass. Free carer ticket, spacious wheelchair terrace, accessible loo very close, fast tracked entrance, attentive stewards with radar keys. Brilliant day in the sun with Ed ☀️🏏#MultipleSclerosis #wheelchair
