Two choices. Really? Like, really!? Out of all the incredibly smart, talented, AWAKE people in our country, and y’all offer us TWO choices of about the equivalent of a Tom & Jerry cartoon? To stoop down to the level of this ignorance, for me, would be shamefully embarrassing.
If you walk into a gas station, you do not necessarily become the things in that station. If you go into a video game store, you don’t have to become the games in that store. Similarly, we come into a body and into a life-conditioning. We do not have to become that conditioning.
The argument, no, pardon me, the Blessing, is that Love is not an action, it is a state of Being. It is not conditional. It is not available only to some. It is not limited. It is not a person. It is not a do or don’t. It is not right or wrong. It is. Now repeat w/the word Life.
Nowhere, or Now Here? Nowhere is quite literally nowhere. Now Here is quite literally everywhere. Adding one little bit of space, to anything, especially to our thoughts, adds an infinite amount of space to our reality.
If you see the world the way it IS, then Life becomes a beautiful thing. If you see the world the way YOU are, then Life becomes a psychological drama. Even as a child, I never understood my mom’s fascination with soap operas.
Unfortunately, mushshrooms, nor any other substance, can sustainably breakdown the numerous categories of toxic waste existing in the mind, that are a direct result of conditioning & identification with body/mind, trauma, upbringing, & our limitations/victimization as a person.
The modern human has been around for approx .0066% of the Earth’s lifespan of 4.5B years. So yes, we certainly have the capacity of having SOME negative impact on the planet, but it is currently not even within the capabilities or potential for us to actually destroy the planet.
If one does not merge with Life, one emerges as identity. If one does not emerge out of identity, one becomes the emergency of suffering.
I heard an owl, “hoot hoot,” on my walk in the forest, my mouth circled round like a gluten-free donut. I felt a soft, gentle touch of breeze, sweetly, on my elbow. So I turned like a child and breathed in gratitude, abundance from the genderless air. No complexity. Simply, I am.
The Human Being is a coin. One side human. One side being. One side physical. One side non-physical. One side identity. One side non-identity. Limited/Unlimited. Perishable/Non- perishable. Dualistic/Non-dualistic. Belief/Knowing. But/And. And, one cannot separate the coin.
