Please stop calling optical connections "Toslink" it really bugs me. Also I wish digital coax was more popular. Optical cables are a pain.

But I still love my @cetoncorp infiniTV. I will fight with TWC to the bitter end to keep my HTPC working. Hopefully it will be stable soon.
After a month of good times. The HTPC cable card problems have started. On 2nd CC. 2nd infiniTV will be here tomorrow. And multiple ph calls

I installed the beta of the @CetonCompanion app today on my win8 HTPC. Pretty exciting. I love my HTPC and it just keeps getting better!

Trying to figure out remote assistance using windows 8. Trying to help my Dad. But it doesn't seem to work. Any good info sources out there?

Well "My Channel Logos" lite installed ok, downloaded logos, then crashed. It won't open on my new windows 8 HTPC. Yes I tried re-booting.
Installing "My Channel Logos" just the free version for now. Since I can't use most of of the "premium" features on windows 8 anyhow.
Just upgraded my @cetoncorp InfiniTV firmware to latest beta. Didn't realize drivers and firmware were different things. Duh. #brainCramp
Finally got my HTPC up and running like a champ. Loving windows 8 and WMC. Had signal issues at first but now seems fine for now.
On hold with Time Warners cable card activation dept. Over 20 min now. Maybe they are no longer in the office today. About to give up.
