A speedy response from the Palace, who have a history of silence or denial for incidents regarding race. Lessons finally learned? Or is this just not wanting anything to overshadow the Wales' Boston visit. Arriving in the US amidst another race scandal wouldn't be the best start.

12/12 Laws to protect against discrimination, such as the Equality Act, must apply to the Royal family. They have form & reform seems a long way off. They must show leadership in urgent discussions & actions needed to effect change, & must atone, including through reparations.
11/12 & violence. All those women attending the Palace should have felt safe. Ngozi was a victim of abuse, othering & racism by the incessant probing. It is right that Lady Hussey has gone but a champion of women has been traumatized by a woman at an event for women. Ironic!
