Pretty disappointed with @WestJet. After missing a flight to his brothers wedding, they cancelled both legs and wanted to charge a 25 YO student $1,500 to fly from Toronto to Kelowna. Turns out “owners” don’t care.

Just asked the gate agent @WestJet in Calgary to see if I could move my fight up by two hours to be on the same flight as our son and was told the flight is full yet there are two seats in his row and one in front of him. Poor customer service #WestJet
