What happened to the customer service @progressive ? Emerald status my butt!! Been paying for towing insurance for all these years and now I gotta pay up front and u reimburse me? Nah...miss me with that. I got the tow since yall are broke. Don't be looking for a renewal though.
Apparently @FedEx doesn't require their drivers to be strong readers. The sad part is, I watched him on the camera, walk to the door with my packages, then put them back in the truck. I know who I will NOT be using for my shipping from now on...
We had the worst experienceEVER last night with @LogansRoadhouse. We ordered dinner to be picked up @ 6:30 for Mother's Day.First, they CANCELLED our order.We placed the order again and were told it would be ready in 30 min. but it took 1-1/2 hrs.That's the last time we eat here.

Do yourselves a favor and don't use @UPS for any of your holiday shipping needs. We have something like this happen with almost every package now. It's sunny and beautiful out today and no emergencies in the area that I'm aware of. Customer support had no explanation... 🤔😡
