My bday started a hour ago but don't feel like it cuz I'm depressed & crying. Having a fatal disease and not being able 2 buy medications/treatments needed 2 keep da pain away, R my only thoughts. Wat do u do when all u want 2 do is cry cuz u don't c an end to problems? Pls!!!

Y when it rain it pours? Y when u start having a problem, many other problems follows? Not only was I NOT able 2 pay rent or my treatments (4Sickle Cell Disease) this month, but now my Water is turned off!!! Oh God. Idk how much more I can take. Pls say a word, pls Lord!!!
Any advice on wat 2 do when you want 2 give up cuz u can't fight with a fatal Illness anymore & don't see an end to the constant pain cuz no one is trying 2 really find a cure? Pls, My strength is depleted since Sickle Cell causes me pain every second of my life most of da time.
