IF there is any competition for #BitcoinCash, than it is most definitely #Monero(!) The rest is just toys...🔥
Looking at these charts, I'm happy to see a bit less correlation in top coins in the last 7 days.
There are likely at least 10,000 blockchain millionaires ("only" $10B of the $300B market cap). These are people who placed early, large, contrarian bets against the system. Today they are funding technology, but tomorrow they will be funding philosophy.
Right now my favorite token model is OMG-style staking tokens. Reasons: * Not a medium-of-exchange token * Clear valuation model (expected discounted future tx fees minus node operation cost) * Requires running node to get returns, not passive income (so more legally defensible)
IMO the #1 user experience need for crypto continues to be secure key management solutions. Multisig, scorched earth vaults, uPort-style social account recovery, hardware wallets, all good, but lots of work UI side (and formally verifying the actual contracts!) left to be done
100 tanks and a battalion of heavily armed soldiers can't get your money off this handful of plastic.
