Who needs physical tickets anyway? Certainly not students with visual and/or nurological disabilities who find our app impossible to navigate. 100% not students who don't own a smartphone. Absolutely not students who don't want to buy our tickets in batches of 10!
@potteriesbuses , so I got to the stop at 17:41. Bus coming at 17:43, awesome. Didn't arrive. Next one at 17:55, didn't arrive. 2 buses roll up at 18:04, by which time I should have been at my destination. This was Wednesday, 25 in the direction of Keele. @WorstBusKeele

We have a long and proud history of mediocre buses but we've really been knocking it out of the park lately...

Lots of people waiting here for @WorstBusKeele, looks like the previous bus didn't come or was early since there's more than double usual passenger numbers. To top it off the bus was 4 minutes late meaning I'll be late for my lecture.

@WorstBusKeele this Saturday I will be making a trip to the supermarket with friends. Either get more luggage space on the bus and reduce the price. Or I will be taking my business to Roseville!
The Bus timetable isn't really a hard and fast schedule - it's more of a guideline. We like to ignore it completely when we get a bit bored or tired. @potteriesbuses
The 09:06 bus was late as I saw it leave when I arrived to the stop at 09:09. The 09:16 never turned up, its 09:29 and I'm finally on a 25 after waiting 20 minutes for a bus that should have arrived after 7. Unsurprisingly, there's now no seats.
Some of you may be wondering why alongside making you buy student tickets 10 at a time through our awful app we're also making them last only three months. It's a good question. We'll tell you in three months. Maybe. @potteriesbuses

@WorstBusKeele i once witnessed how the driver from First closed the bus doors in front of the woman with the kid. Moreover, they are always late and they don’t give a shit, such attitude pises me off. Fuck them.
