This "simple idea" literally changed my life a couple years ago. The change could not have been more dramatic, and came in the nick of time before some significant life stressors that would've been much worse without it.

This simple idea--that eating less fat and more carbs leads to higher insulin, which leads to greater fat production from the liver--is so often overlooked or misunderstood. This explains why blood lipids can get so much worse despite eating less fat. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36344170/
