This cop brutally beat someone for engaging in constitutionally protected speech. He then kidnapped him, lied about him to support false charges, & engaged in gender-based harassment against him. The cop was cleared by his superiors & still has a badge. His victim was fired.
In February, a trans man named Emmett Brock flipped off an LA sheriff’s deputy as he drove by. The deputy then tailed him but didn’t pull him over - for an air freshener hanging from the rearview - until he parked at 7-11. Heres video of what happened next.
