Sometimes we get lucky and write something that resonates with the running community. This article has been viewed almost 10,000 times today so we must be onto something. Lessons from the cross country course: be vulnerable, drop your shield and live your life fully.

Showing our support for the Lakeview girls cross country team who are competing at State today for the first time in school history. 💙
Lakeview sophomore Elle Badstieber, Scotus Central Catholic senior Mary Faltys and Scotus Central Catholic freshman Emilyn Kavan claimed individual medals at the state cross country meet. Badstieber placed 10th, Faltys finished in 12th and Kavan completed the race in 15th.
