Excellent advice from A-B Coach Brock.

🚨ATHLETES🚨 When you start to really hammer home the off the track/field work (sleep, food, lifts, etc)… That’s when a lot of the growth will take place. It’s not the two hour practice. It’s the other 22hrs that make the difference.
