Setting up my recurring staffing routines. (Staffing Management and Developing the Program Team!)
Working on action items from our first steering committee meeting in Dec.
New this year, we will focus on what victory will look like at weeks end, what the next big event is and the next management update.
Just scheduled my PgMP exam for 1/29! Now the stake is in the ground.
