$EEGI heads up, we needed to fix a few documents. There will be a lot of activity over the next 24 hours which should complete all documents needed to be current. OTC told us today as long as we upload them that even if a change is needed we wont risk delist.
$EEGI it is taking longer than expected with OTC but we are working with them to get everything updated. We apologize for the delay, but we are on it.
$EEGI annuals have been submitted to OTC. Quarterlies and Disclosure today as well. Final piece is the attorney letter which will be next week. Once they have all been reviewed (3-5 days) barring any changes we will have the stop lifted and raise capital to build out the company.
$EEGI Our team is submitting the needed updates to OTC and are awaiting their approval. Everything is taking longer than usual due to the rush to get current. Things are moving along just fine however. We are all anxious to focus on our future VS fixing the past.
