On overtime tonight. Was nice when I left for work to have some day light. Summers on its way.
Different scenery tonight compared to work. Volunteering with @stjohnambulance @KCOMStadium working in the first aid post keeping warm.
Finished nights this morning. Last night I was triaging cat 1 calls and providing further advice while ambulance traveled. Also had a paramedic from Sheffield listening in to see what we do on clinical hub.
Today is #TimetoTalk Day. Conversations about mental health have the power to change lives. Too many people are made to feel ashamed because of a mental health problem. You can change that: however you do it, reach out and have a conversation today.
I know it’s difficult to find time. It can also be uncomfortable. But everyone is a human being and everyone has times when life’s not goings well. Talking can help. I’ve just had mine (without the tea) with @stevepa23603330 and I feel much better.
Today, 7th February is Time to Talk Day. Too many people with mental health problems are made to feel isolated, worthless and ashamed. Having conversations about mental health can break down barriers. Make a conversation. Make a difference.

All 999 calls are categorised to determine the speed and type of response a patient will receive. Ambulances can be diverted to patients where there is a more urgent clinical need or risk to life, but not once they have arrived on scene with their patient. #ThinkBeforeYouCall
