@RockyPaulaBGC They do, but if emailing them regarding the server issue, it would most likely not be a good idea to do so.
@RockyPaulaBGC No I do not. I would not recommend emailing them as their email contacts are meant for account and billing purposes.
@RockyPaulaBGC No need to reinstall as it is unnecessary. I believe waiting is the only option as of now.
