The children of BNI have taken part in their first ‘Adopt a Care Home’ session and how proud they have made their teachers. It was a pleasure to see the relationships that the children have already started to make with the residents at our local care home. See you again this week
What a fun week of Diwali celebrations we had. We created rangoli patterns, sculpted diya lamps as well as creating our own repeating patterns in Maths.
The children in Pink Class enjoyed learning and taking part in Remembrance Day activities to pay our respect.
What a fantastic day our new Beighton Bees had on Friday. They joined other council members from schools in the area for a fun day of sport and team building activities at Westfield School. Well done everyone!
What a brilliant day we had at the National Emergency Services Museum. The children participated in workshops linking to our ‘People Who Help Us’ learning. They absolutely loved exploring the museum.

On Friday we said goodbye to our ducklings that we watched hatch and grow. We loved caring for them and giving them their first swim in the pool. They will now go to new homes. Well done Reception.
What a fun day we had exploring at the Tropical Butterfly House last week.
Well what an amazing day celebrating ‘World Book Day’. We had two days full of costumes, books and illustrating.

What a fantastic Winter Walk we had in Pink Class. We explored our surrounding area to identify the changes that are taking place at this time of the year. Thank you to all of the parent volunteers who made this experience possible.

Pink Class worked together to create a box of gifts to be donated to the Sheffield Shoebox appeal. We thought about those people who would really appreciate a kind gesture this Christmas.
Pink Class loved taking part in ‘dress as you please’ for Children in Need last week. We raised a total of £237.52 at Beighton Nursery Infant School. Well done everyone.
