Massive thanks to all at my club #SouthLeedsLakers for a brilliant Yorkshire Vets race at Middleton Park ystrday. The course was beautiful & challenging. My finish time of 40:43 was 2 SEC faster than last year. 😊 Huge thanks to the awesome marshals @YVAA_plus35s @SthLeedsLakers
