a couple years ago in Sean Payton's first season with the Broncos, they lost 70-20 by the Mike McDaniel Dolphins (!!) in Week 3 after that Payton went back to the drawing board and swapped out players that weren't performing. they went 8-6 after Ben Johnson needs to do the same
