I've had to file a request today, an item of jewellery I sold on eBay, tracked as far as the driver but never marked as delivered, luckily there's buyer/seller protection so both of us were refunded but it's happening every couple of weeks, no background checks, hire anyone.

@yodel any reason 72 hours after you told me you had my parcel you haven’t put it out for delivery ? I’ve heard your company was awful and having never used you before I have to agree with the people who claim you lack integrity and never communicate with your customers ?
