I don’t really do endorsements. I’m not shy about sharing my views, but I hate politics and don’t trust most politicians. I also understand that people want to hear from me because I am not just a celebrity, I am a former Republican Governor. My time as Governor taught me to…

In 1905, the NY Central Railroad set out a bunch of different kinds of granite in Van Cortlandt Park to test which would stand the weather the best before building Grand Central. They’re still there. And gotta say, they were right! No. 2 still looks pristine!

Bonneville Power Administration WW II posters go insanely hard. Promoting the use of clean hydropower to scale industry to win a war against fascists is impressive in itself, but the WPA poster aesthetics somehow make it even cooler.

My theory is that architecture matters more than many are prepared to admit. Whether it’s transport, housing or anything else, the way spaces look and feel matters just as much as the way they function. It’s important to feel inspired about life doing ordinary things every day.

I have a theory about why the Sydney Metro has been creating such a moment in the Discourse. Australia has always been in a state of transition, between where we are, and where we're going. Sydney Metro is a glimpse into that future - and how it could be could be very good.
