Now 21 days and still no replacement security device from @HSBC_UK ... Both nearest branches have now been closed. Utter disgrace.
We have restored all services for most accounts and we are working through the remainder. Thank you for being patient during this nightmare.
Our technician worked thru the night to work recover data and most services are now working. Email delivery is still an issue. Pls standby.
Our server had to be restored from a backup. This is currently being file-checked and hopefully should be back online soon.
We can only apologise for the ongoing downtime on our @Fasthosts server. We are still waiting for an update RE the problem.
One of our server providers is currently experiencing a serious network problem and our sever is amongst those affected. Apologies.
Well @hsbc closed our local branch. Now they've closed next nearest where there was always a queue. They made £13bn profit last year. #greed
We are aware of our server having been blacklisted by another provider causing emails to bounce. Please bear with us whilst we sort it out!
@HSBC_UK_Help No I needed to pay in a cheque. The opening hours need expanding and random closures to stop.
@CambsJeremy Yes, we have contacted the email company that has blacklisted us and told them to remove us.
Customers who are receiving bounces when sending, we have complained to the relevant people that we should not be blocked. We can only wait.
I believe email is all up and running normally today. Sorry for the problems last night!

We're just troubleshooting a glitch with the mail server. Not everything seems to be delivering. We're working to fix it ASAP
