Always amazed at the horrible takes on Twitter’s requirements. WhatsApp max fan out was 256 other users, then they raised that to 512. This guy has 26k followers. That’s 50x any WhatsApp’s delivery requirement. Obama has 133m, so 260,000x the recipients. Basically the Same.
WhatsApp had 35 engineers for 450 million users, and grew to a team of 50 for 900 million users. Twitter cutting to 2,000 employees from 7,500 is not a "skeleton staff"
