I hate to waste food but one thing about me if it’s nasty it’s going in the garbage. Idc how healthy it is nasty is nasty & I’ll find an alternative.
Eating healthy does not have to be miserable if you don’t like it don’t eat it. Just keep trying new things until you find things you actually like.
Working out alone is my favorite its my therapy but having a workout partner is also top tier because on the days where I’m really not feeling it having somebody that’s ready to go & pushing you to go always helps.
It’s a lot easier to be consistent & build discipline when the goal is clear, there’s structure & a plan to achieve said goal, & you really want it bad enough.
Stepping out of your comfort zone is the hardest thing ever. I like the comfort of knowing what’s next & feeling like I’m in control but you don’t know until you try. Everything is much harder in your head than it is in reality, just go for it.
You can either endure the discomfort of being disciplined or suffer the remorse of inaction. The decision is yours to make.
Once you focus more on falling in love with the process it gets easier & easier to keep showing up for yourself. The discipline & mental benefits from working out alone >
