Any state that doesn't comply with federal laws should receive zero federal dollars.
Sanctuary laws are terrible and need to be repealed, not only on policy grounds but also because of how civically divisive they are. States that expect help from federal taxpayers should be cooperating fully with federal law enforcement. Period. Full stop.
