Shocking service. On 6th Oct I spent £9.25 for special delivery of a legal document and have no way of knowing whether it reached the destination because there is NO customer service contact numbers or other avenues. Even @RoyalMailHelp doesn't respond to their DMs. I'm furious!

@RoyalMailHelp Hello, I went to return an Amazon item to my local Post Office and I was refused service. According to them, "they don't do returns that use a QR Code" as "they don't/will not have any machine to scan". This has never been an issue in the past. Is this normal?
