@GWRHelp Why do you always put a 5 coach set on the 7.18 from Pewsey? It’s the busiest day of the week. It starts in Plymouth & only 3.5 of 5 are standard class; it’s packed solid on arrival with another 5 stops before Paddington. Why do I pay £9880 a year to stand for 75mins? 😡

@GWRHelp. hi, I have a first class advance ticket for the 7:45 Newbury to Paddington this morning. However it was reduced to 5 carriages and was unable le to get on as it was full.I assume I can use my ticket on the following g train at 8:19. Staff weren’t sure…!
